Forgotten Sitcoms of the 1960s  

There has been much written about the successful sitcoms of the 1960s, ranging from the much-heralded such as The Dick Van Dyke Show to the much-derided (Gilligan's Island often tops those lists). However, there is a lot less information out there about the unsuccessful sitcoms of that decade. Some of them were good shows that did not find an audience, while others were awful and either did not find an audience at the time or were fairly popular but never found a life in syndication beyond thier initial broadcasts. Either way, this site is intended to bring back some good (and maybe some not-so-good) memories.
