Q. How do I insert a web chat widget (e.g. meebo or plugoo) into my profile box?
A. First, you need to have your widget created at either meebo or plugoo website. They will give you a piece of code which you then paste into the "chat widget" field on your profile form.
Q. How do I create an account for another librarian?
A. On the main admin page, click on "Manage Accounts ->Add New Account".
Q. How do I collaborate on creating Guides with other librarians?
A. One of you has to create a new Guide. Then, whoever wants to contribute content to that guide needs to click on "Add Pages to Guides Created by Other Users" link on the main admin page.
