How to get help
In the top right corner of every admin page (in the menu area), there is a blue Help icon which contains specific help for that page. In addition, when you hover over any action-link (such as add/edit, etc.) you will get a short description of what the link does. In addition, there is tooltip help for most forms that you need to fill out when creating content.
If you encounter an error, or feel that something is not working right, at the bottom of every page, in the footer area, there is a link called "Report a support issue" which enables you fill out and send tech support form.
